Civil/Highway

Bolton Perez & Associates provides complete highway and civil site design.  Our experience includes roadway and highway facilities from single lane rural roads to major freeway interchanges.  We provide a broad spectrum of highway related services including drainage design, environmental permitting, traffic control, signing and pavement marking and traffic signalization.  We also provide full civil site engineering, including subdivision layout; paving, grading and drainage; water distribution systems; sewage collection and disposal systems and sewage pump stations.

BPA was the Designer of the SR 836/NW 57^th Avenue Interchange Modifications.  Construction was recently completed, allowing an additional 4th WB thru-lane to provide temporary traffic relief until

the proposed redesign of SR 836 which is anticipated to be completed by 2012 or later. 

The $3.2 Million project, together with the Westbound auxiliary lane between NW 57^th Avenue and NW 72^nd Avenue, will be necessary for traffic control during the SR 826/836 interchange reconstruction.  The SR 826/836 interchange reconstruction project is one of the largest undertaken by the Florida Department of Transportation – District 6 and is anticipated to begin construction in late 2008 at a construction cost of over $500 M.
